WOW: Work Out For Women

This women’s circuit training class is designed to help women maximize their workout while increasing their knowledge of the importance of strength training. These 8 session classes will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays monthly from 6-7 pm. The class is limited to 5 participants so sign up now at the front desk! Fee: $50.00

Boot Camp
This high energy, intense cardio and strength training class is guaranteed to boost your energy and metabolism to new heights. Easy to follow step moves, plyometric moves, circuit training, jump rope, running drills, abdominal work and push-ups. You’ll be encouraged to work hard enough to increase your fitness level. Participants gather in the lobby of the Downtown YMCA.

Program meets on Mondays 6:00-7:30 PM, Wednesdays 5:45-6:45 PM and Fridays 6:00-7:30 PM
Members: $38/ Non Members: $68. Get your PUNCHCARD at registration!

Woman's Only Circuit

Woman's circuit training that is designed for the proper female workout.

Men's Health Club

A separate men's health area with free towel service, TV lounge and TV while using the machines, Steam Room, Sauna, Individual whirlpool baths, Massage for a small fee by experienced massage therapists who are independent contractors and Separate workout area.


Pilates

Introduction to the fundamental movements, exercises and basic terminology used in our Pilates mat classes.

Fencing

Have fun learning the fundamental footwork and blade actions of this dynamic Olympic sport.


Silversneakers & Active Older Adults

Exercise and wellness program for seniors. Classes for all fitness levels.

Ab blast

Come to this class to tone your belly. Every exercise in this class is designed to work your mid-section.

Bodysculpting

The emphasis of this class is toning and strengthening the whole body.

Cardio mix

An aerobics class incorporating a variety of modalities including step, kickboxing and floor aerobics.

Dance cardio

If you like to dance and you need to exercise, then this might be your bag.

Fit & Firm

This class is a combination of aerobic exercise (including step) with resistance training.

Early Risers

This combination stretching and strengthening class is a great way to begin your day.

Kickboxing

An interval workout using athletic combinations of kicks, punches, jabs, blocks, etc.

Yoga

We offer various forms of yoga including gentle, flowing, and intermediate.

Cycle

Take the ride of your life with a Certified Cycle Instructor and only 10 other members. Cycle Reebok incorporates the non-impact, high-calorie-burning benefits of cycling along with proper biomechanics and motivational techniques based on sports psychology.

Rep Reebox

Reebok’s program for effective strength training activity. The program uses the platform and free weights (bars and dumbbells) to increase muscle tone, shape and function.
