Job Description:

The SFP Parent Group Leaders will lead an evidence-based curriculum (provided) with a group of parents representing 10-12 diverse families. Team Leaders must be familiar with group dynamics and must be willing to honor parents’ belief systems regardless of their own personal beliefs. Group Leaders should be organized, approachable, empowering, and genuine. Experience teaching a structured curriculum is a plus.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Participate in planning meetings as needed prior to each SFP implementation cycle
• Follow the Strengthening Families Curriculum

July 10th, 12th, 17th, 19th, 24th, 26th, 31st

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with families and diverse populations.
