Ages: 12 & up
Get one-on-one fitness training with a nationally certified trainer. Designed to evaluate, motivate, and educate so that you get the most out of every workout. Your trainer will provide motivation to help you meet your goal, train for a sport, get ready for a special event, or just increase your level of health.

1-hour sessions: $40/1, $145/4, $250/8, $350/12
30-minute sessions: $21/1, $75/4, $130/8, $185/12

Our trained wellness coaches will show you how to set up the equipment properly while sharing training tips and techniques that will get you motivated to reaching your fitness goal.

Cost: Free for members
