Ages: 3 – 12 years
These lessons follow the YMCA of the USA Progressive Swim Lesson Program. There are six levels of progressively challenging YMCA swim classes covering all strokes, diving fundamentals and safety skills. Lessons are offered during the weekdays as well as the weekends.
The purpose of the Y Swim Lessons Program is to develop competency in swimming along with confidence and endurance. The goals of the program are to teach personal safety, personal growth and stroke development in a values-based environment. Your child will be advanced to the next level only when he or she proficiently and safely performs the skills within his or her level. We teach individually to each child to advance their skills. We expect each child to learn and progress at his or her own rate.

3-5 year olds
Meets Monday-Thursdays, 11:30 a.m.- 12 p.m. (except June 16-June 26 will meet 2-2:30 p.m.), Tuesdays/Thursdays, 6:30-7 p.m., or Saturdays, 11-11:30 a.m.
6-12 year olds
Meets Monday-Thursdays, 1-1:40 p.m. (except June 16-26 will meet 2:45-3:25 p.m.), Tuesdays/Thursday, 7:05-7:45 p.m., or Saturdays, 11:35 a.m.-12:15 p.m.
Ages: 13 and up
The YMCA Adult Lesson plan offers an introduction to the water for those seeking to learn how to swim. The goal of these lessons is to make the adults competent, confident, and successful swimmers. This program is also for adults who are proficient in swimming and just want to develop their strokes.

One-on-one swim lessons with a trained swim instructor. Each 30-minute session is scheduled between the instructor and the participant.

Ages: 15 and up
Water aerobics is water exercise focused on building strength, mobility and flexibility. Classes are lead by a trained instructor for shallow and/or deep water exercise. Float belts are provided for deep water classes.

Ages: Open to all
Pool parties can be held for any occasion. Rentals include one hour in the pool and one hour in the multi-purpose room for the party. A lifeguard will be assigned to help you with swim testing and setting up the party. Price includes 10 guests.
$25 for additional guards
(A $50 deposit is required to book your party with full payment due the day of the party.)
$25 fee for more children, up to 20 guests total
