Rentals

The Lexington Family YMCA offers rental packages that, depending on the package, can include access to cabins, dining hall, basketball pavilion, ropes course, swimming/boating, primitive camping, a picnic shelter, and a conference room with seating for 120 guests. Day

Swimming and Boating*

Shallow swimming (in up to 6 feet of water) and deep water swimming (in 5-18 feet of water, ages 10 and up only permitted in the deep water swim area) is great for all ages.

Swimming during family swim times is included at no extra charge to YMCA Members.
All members and guests must check in at Member Services first. Members and guests must check in with the lifeguards when they arrive at the waterfront. Guests must also present a “PAID” receipt to the lifeguards before utilizing the waterfront.swim-girl-jumping

Everyone wishing to swim or boat must wear a Coast Guard-approved flotation device.

Boating and Swimming are great for birthday parties, family reunions and get togethers.

*Swimming and Boating are seasonal, only offered in the summer.

Up to 50 guests: $40
51-75 guests: additional $15 per hour
76-100 guests: additional $30 per hour
101-125 guests: additional $45 per hour
126-150 guests: additional $60 per hour

Low Ropes Course elements only: $20 per person

Meeting Initiatives (includes conference room and ropes course): $35 per person


Corporate Groups

Corporate Initiatives are a great way to build teamwork among co-workers in a fun environment. Waivers must be signed by all participants prior to participation. A set schedule will be provided one week prior to the group’s arrival.

School Groups

All school group packages are based on school-aged children from 3rd grade to high school. Chaperones are at no extra charge. Waivers must be signed by all participants and parents prior to participation. All participants must sign waivers prior to participation. A set schedule will be provided one week prior to the group’s arrival.  School groups must have a minimum of 12 and maximum of 60 attendees.

Base Camp

This is designed to allow school groups to spend the day at the Y and enjoy nature and understand what team work means. Base camp will offer nature walks, archery and group initiative games. All activities are under the supervision of a trained and experienced staff member.group-girls-sunglasses

Outdoor Adventure

This is designed to allow school groups to spend the day at the Y and experience nature on a different level! Outdoor Adventure will offer nature walks, archery, group initiative games and experience our Low Ropes Course elements. All activities are under the supervision of a trained and experienced staff member.

Pony Rides

This is a great activity for birthday parties, corporate events and family reunions. Horses are led around the arena at a walking pace.

Family Retreats

The packages, prices and deposits are based on a group of 18 participants, including chaperones. Arrival is set for late Friday afternoon and departing by noon on Sunday. Any groups that have significantly higher or lower numbers, who would like to stay longer, can have a custom package built for the occasion.

Bronze Reunion

This package allows access to the basketball pavilion and dining hall. You will have access to the lake for fishing adventures as well. The family will be responsible for providing all food and supplies for the day.

Silver Reunion

Along with the amenities from the Bronze package, the Silver day will allow participants to experience our very own Equestrian Center and take part in pony rides. The rides will be scheduled in accordance to the group’s schedule. This is an awesome experience with our trained staff.

Gold Reunion

Along with the amenities from the Bronze and Silver Packages, our Gold Reunion is a Weekend Package. You will have the opportunity to spend the weekend in our cabins! With your Gold Reunion, we will add fantastic food service along with our low ropes course elements to the weekend. Our healthy and delicious meals will complete the experience at the Lexington Family YMCA. Standard weekend meals include dinner on Friday night; Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday morning.
