Parkinson’s Wellness Program – Group Training Class
The Parkinson’s Wellness Program is designed for people with Parkinson’s Disease to maintain an active lifestyle through cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, flexibility, and balance. The program will allow participants the chance to try various activities and group exercise classes in a small group environment led by certified YMCA personal trainers and/or group exercise instructors.

It is an 8-week program that will meet twice per week for 60 minutes and will incorporate a variety of exercises and introductions to group exercise classes. Participants must provide a medical clearance form and be independently mobile or have someone present to assist them.

Non-members: $48 per 8-week session

Ages: 12 & up
Get one-on-one fitness training with a nationally certified trainer. Designed to evaluate, motivate, and educate so that you get the most out of every workout. Your trainer will provide motivation to help you meet your goal, train for a sport, get ready for a special event, or just increase your level of health.

Small Group Training
Ages: 12 & up
Want to lose weight, increase in lean muscle mass, train for a 5K, improve your overall health and save some money? Join a group of 3-6 members for small group training with a personal trainer. We will group you will other members with like goals. Get 12 one-hour sessions and a customized group work-out. Meets twice a week for 6-weeks.

This test will give you a visual idea of where you stand on the fitness scale. A certified personal trainer will test your flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, VO2 Max and your body composition.
Results will provide information on areas tested as well as your current weight and height.
Ages:12 and up

Meet with a wellness coach for a free personalized orientation of the wellness center. A coach will show you how to properly set-up and use all the cardio and strength equipment. Children 10-11 years old may only use the cardio equipment; teens 12-14 years old may only use the cardio and pin select machines. Once children 10-14 years old have passed the orientation, they are welcome to use the Wellness Center with parental supervision. All members 15 and older may use the free weight equipment.

Shake up your workout regimen by attending one of our various group classes available each week. As a member all classes are free, so be sure to try classes like Cardio-Mix, Yoga, Pilates, ZUMBA®, Cycling and more. And introducing a brand new format at the YMCA – Les Mills’ BODYPUMP™!

Triathlon Coaching offers a wide variety of triathlon coaching and individual sport coaching packages to best suit your training and racing needs. Services include individual training for any race distance, small group training, and coaching larger groups and teams of triathletes to prepare for specific races in SC! We also offer individual coaching for swimming, cycling and running.
