At the Y, we know that staying healthy involves more than working out. Our programs and services focus on the entire family’s health, while providing a variety of fitness and wellness programs to serve a person’s unique needs.

Small Group Yoga
Participants will learn in-depth techniques and receive individualized instruction to encourage skill development and progression. Package include 12 one-hour sessions that will meet twice a week for 6 weeks. Classes are intentionally small with a minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 participants. Ages: 12 & up
Get one-on-one fitness training with a nationally certified trainer. Designed to evaluate, motivate, and educate so that you get the most out of every workout. Your trainer will provide motivation to help you meet your goal, train for a sport, get ready for a special event, or just increase your level of health.

Small Group Training

Want to lose weight, increase in lean muscle mass, train for a 5K, improve your overall health and save some money? Join a group of 3-6 members for small group training with a personal trainer. We will group you will other members with like goals. Get 12 one-hour sessions and a customized group work-out. Meets twice a week for 6-weeks.

Orientations to the Health and Fitness Center are offered on a daily basis. Each appointment includes a tour of the Health & Fitness Center. Cardiovascular and strength training equipment are introduced by a specialized wellness coach. To schedule an appointment, please stop in the Fitness center or call us at 803-268-9622.

A variety of group exercise classes are available each week! Check out the monthly schedule for more information. Some popular classes include BODYPUMP™, Ab Blast, ZUMBA®, Indoor Cycle, Yoga, Pilates, Sculpting, Abs/Stretch, Boot Camp, Interval Training, Cardo Mix, Gym Cardio and Step classes.

In all of our Active Older Adults classes the focus is friends, fitness and fun. There are classes suited for many different fitness levels. SilverSneakers is a chair based class that includes movement and strength work with weights, bands, and a ball.
