Personal Training (1:1)
Ages: 12 & up
Get one-on-one fitness training with a nationally certified trainer. Designed to evaluate, motivate, and educate so that you get the most out of every workout. Your trainer will provide motivation to help you meet your goal, train for a sport, get ready for a special event, or just increase your level of health.

Buddy Training (2:1)
Ages: 12 & up
Buddy Training is 2 people and 12 sessions with a certified personal trainer. It is designed to evaluate, motivate, and educate so that you get the most out of your workout. Trainer will provide motivation to help you meet your goal, train for a sport, get ready for a special event, or just increase your level of health.

Small Group Training (3 or more:1)
Ages: 12 & up
Want to lose weight, increase in lean muscle mass, train for a 5K, improve your overall health and save some money? Join a group of 3-6 members for small group training with a personal trainer. We will group you will other members with like goals. Get 12 one-hour sessions and a customized group work-out. Meets twice a week for 6-weeks.
