The SFP Parent Group Leader will lead an evidence-based curriculum (provided) with a group of parents representing 10-12 diverse families. Group Leader must be familiar with group dynamics and must be willing to honor parents’ belief systems regardless of their own personal beliefs. Group Leaders should be organized, approachable, empowering, and genuine. Experience teaching a structured curriculum is a plus.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Participate in planning meetings as needed prior to each SFP implementation cycle
• Follow the Strengthening Families Curriculum

Required Qualifications:

MUST hold SFP Group Leader Certification.
MUST be able to work every Thursday from 5:45 – 8:45 pm September 5 – December 19 (excluding October 31 and November 28)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with families and diverse populations.
