To schedule your session, simply visit the member services desk, let them know how you heard about the offer, and they will help get you scheduled for your free 30-minute personal training session*.
Let your personal trainer know what you want your session to look like! It can be a conversation about your goals, whether it’s weight loss, strength building or training for a future triathlon. Or, if you are new to the gym, your personal trainer can walk you through proper techniques and create a customized plan that will work for you!
*Due to COVID-19 our trainers are wearing masks for the safety of members. While masks are not required for members and visitors, we do encourage masks where appropriate, such as entering and exiting the building. Your trainer will discuss their mask preferences with you prior to your visit.
