Basketball Gym and Group Ex Studio Closed for Repairs
The Basketball Gymnasium and the Group Exercise Studio will be closed for floor repairs starting on Monday, May 8.
Orangeburg County recently informed us a company that specializes in floor restorations will be on site Monday, May 8 to start repairs. The company will assess the duration of the project at that time, so we can provide you with a more accurate completion date.
Areas of the floor have begun to buckle, causing a safety hazard.
Right now, we are estimating the Gymnasium floor will take 2 weeks and the Group Ex Room 1 week. Again, this is only an estimation
Group Exercise Schedule
Our Group Ex Schedule will need to be modified to accommodate floor repairs.
- Classes that take place in the Community Room and in the Natatorium will remain on their regular time and days.
- Classes that take place in the Group Exercise Room will be moved to the community room and cycle room if possible, or outside if weather permits. Some classes may need to be cancelled.
