Richland One Y-Club Afterschool
The Y-Club Afterschool Program is a fun place to be with lots of positive staff interaction and learning opportunities. We provide a healthy afterschool snack, physical fitness time, homework help and a wide variety of other activities, including STEM and time to socialize with friends or play games.
Hours: Two days a week | School dismissal – 6 p.m.
When there is a half day at school, we will still hold afterschool at the time of dismissal. In-service days and student holidays are included in regular weekly fees, except for holiday breaks (Winter Break and Spring Break) are registered and paid for separately. During No School Days, it is necessary to consolidate sites due to enrollment and site availability. You must register by the Friday before so that staff can prepare and we must have a minimum of 10 participants to hold a No School Day or Holiday Camp. Your site director will provide information regarding No School Day care. Please note that weekly fees are not prorated at any time during the school year.

* A minimum of 10 participants is needed for our afterschool program to operate at a school location. The schools with an asterisk symbol (*) have not yet reached the 10 person minimum. For anyone interested in attending afterschool at a school that has not yet reached minimum enrollment, please contact Matt Taranto at matttaranto@columbiaymca.org.

Weekly Fee – $20
Registration Fee – $25
Note: Weekly fees will be adjusted when Richland One schools begins a 4-day or 5-day schedule.
The YMCA is committed to providing quality programs to all children and families regardless of their financial circumstances. The YMCA strives to not turn anyone away due to an inability to pay and offers financial assistance through our Annual Campaign Open Y Scholarship Program. Scholarships are only available to families who are not using a 3rd party subsidy and are current members of the YMCA. To receive Open Y Scholarship Rate, the Open Y Scholarship form must be completed and returned with the required documentation. You must have an active family membership with the YMCA of Columbia to qualify for the Open Y Scholarship Program. Download the Open Y Scholarship Form.

Jeep Rogers Family YMCA (Lake Carolina)
Virtual School Camp
The Jeep Rogers Family Y Virtual School Camp is a fun place to be with lots of positive staff interaction and learning opportunities. We provide physical fitness time, school work help and a wide variety of other activities, including STEM and time to socialize with friends or play games. Programs are available for ages 5-14. Childcare is available from 7 am-6 pm, Monday-Friday.

Our child care programs coincide with Richland Two’s school schedule. The following programs are now available:
ALL-DAY VIRTUAL
Care is provided 5-days a week between the hours of 7am and 6pm. Children will spend the day working on school assigned tasks. Breaks will be given throughout the day and participants will be able to enjoy arts and crafts, STEM and PE type activities. Hot lunches are currently being provided by Richland Two.
Fee: $145 members/$185 nonmembers

HYBRID CARE (Starting Nov. 2)
Afterschool care is provided 2-days a week and all-day care is provided 3-days a week between the hours of 7am and 6pm. Children will spend the day working on school assigned tasks during their virtual school days. Breaks will be given throughout the day and participants will be able to enjoy arts and crafts, STEM and PE type activities.
Fee: $115 members/$145 nonmembers
5-DAY AFTERSCHOOL CARE (Starting Nov. 2)
Afterschool care is will be provided 5-days a week. Children will be bused from their school to the Y. Participants will be able to enjoy arts and crafts, STEM and PE type activities.
Fee: $70 members/$93 nonmembers

NorthWest Family YMCA (Irmo)
Afterschool/All Day Camp Program
The Northwest Y Afterschool Program is a fun place to be with lots of positive staff interaction and learning opportunities. We provide a healthy snack, physical fitness time, homework help and a wide variety of other activities, including STEM and time to socialize with friends or play games.
Hours: School dismissal – 6 pm and 7 am to 6 pm
Ages: 5-12
Weekly Cost: $85 members/$115 non-members
Our childcare/afterschool program has been adjusted to coincide with Lexington-Richland Five’s school schedule. The Y will provide four days of afterschool care, including pick-up at the schools indicated below, and one day of all-day care from 7 am to 6 pm.
The cost of weekly childcare will be adjusted once the school district returns to a 5-day week schedule.
