The YMCA of Columbia is pleased to announce the promotion of Anna Ross to Director of Operations and Program Innovation. Ms. Ross brings a wealth of experience and proven leadership to this newly created role.
Previously, Ms. Ross served as Membership Director at the Northwest Family YMCA, where she spearheaded significant membership growth through her commitment to fostering a welcoming environment. Her expertise in relationship building and member engagement will be instrumental in her new position.
As Director of Operations and Program Innovation, Ms. Ross will oversee the day-to-day Membership and Aquatics operations of the YMCA of Columbia, ensuring the seamless delivery of all programs and services. She will also play a pivotal role in driving program innovation, developing fresh and engaging offerings that cater to the evolving needs of the community.
