NorthWest Family YMCA
The Northwest Family YMCA is currently looking for part time counselors for the Afterschool program. This position is responsible for the overall supervision and leadership of the kids in the afterschool program. The position requires availability Monday-Friday from 1:30pm-6:00pm. The wellness coach position is responsible for the overall supervision of the wellness floor. The coach must be able to demonstrate wellness/exercise knowledge and skills. This position is required to provide orientations and trainings to members using the strength, cardio, and free weight equipment in the facility. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to communicate with members and staff in a motivational manner. Must display an outgoing personality, enabling him/her to welcome all members to the wellness center. Pay Range: $7.50-$9.00 per hour – Please send your resume to Todd Heinecke.

Member Services Representative
The Northwest YMCA is looking for a part time member services representative. This customer service position focuses on greeting all visitors of the facility, answering the phones, giving tours of the facility, and answering all member questions. The Northwest YMCA is searching for a Program Coordinator. The program coordinator will assist with day to day operations in health enhancement and sports. Jeep Rogers Family YMCA

Member Services Staff Member
Job Description: Member Service Staff must be a motivated staff member with excellent communication and organizational skills as well as being able to multi task. Staff Members are responsible for welcoming all members and guests into the facility, for answering and transferring calls, setting up memberships, selling programs and memberships, giving facility tours and communicating policy and program information to members and guests at the desk. Under the guidance of the Chief Development Officer of the YMCA of Columbia, the PCW Executive Director is responsible for administering the total operation of PCW. The Executive Director will oversee the management of events, programs, volunteer and staff development, financial development and collaborations with community agencies in meeting the needs of its members and program participants.
