Strength Training for Beginners (Ages 12-18)
This 6-week program is designed for youth participants. A certified trainer will guide your teen through age appropriate basic strength training techniques twice a week from 5 to 6 pm. Muscle development and strength will be assessed throughout the program. (12 Sessions)
