Twelve, 30-Minute Sessions for Just $189

This 8-week Personal Training Program is designed to help you get started on a successful workout routine that is catered around your goals with the guidance of a nationally certified personal trainer.  

» An individualized workout program to follow with your trainer and on your own.

» 4 weeks of 2x/week 30-minute personal training to establish a workout routine that works for you.

» An additional 4 weeks of 1x/week 30-minute personal training to ensure continued success and improvement.
