We will be collecting children’s pajamas in all sizes for Sistercare, as well as toiletries for Transitions of the Midlands.

Family Movie Night Under the Stars
Join us Friday, Dec. 8 at 6:30 pm for a FREE, outdoor showing of the Polar Express! We’ll have a 30 foot movie screen thanks to CNY Attractions and Lake Murray Event Rentals! Be sure to bring your chairs and blankets.

Jeep – Swim Lesson Coordinator
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Directs and supervises program activities to meet the needs of the community and fulfill YMCA objectives. Expands program within the community in accordance with strategic and operating plans. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with community organizations. Recruits, trains, develops, schedules and directs instructors as needed. Reviews and evaluates staff performance as required. Develops strategies to motivate staff and achieve goals. Ensures records of staff certifications are current and complet Creates and schedules swim classes, Models relationship-building skills (including Listen First) in all interactions. Now Offering T-Ball at Our NorthWest YMCA Location!
NEW! The NorthWest Family YMCA is now offering PEE WEE T-BALL for kids ages 3-5. T-Ball is great way for young children to develop hand/eye coordination and ball skills. Children will hit the ball off of a stationary tee and use a softer ball, making it safer for young kids to learn introductory baseball and softball skills.
Jersey shirt and ball cap will be provided by the YMCA. Parents must provide baseball pants, cleats, and glove. All other equipment will be provided by the YMCA. Teams will play 6 games.
