[COLUMBIA, SC] – At the end of the summer, families want to hear their child had “the best summer ever.” To help make that happen, YMCA of Columbia is offering summer camps to keep kids and teens in adventurous, active, engaged and healthy all summer long. LUGOFF, SC – The YMCA of Columbia is celebrating the gift of 12.79 acres (Townlee and Cameron Lane) in Lugoff, SC. The Y has been exploring advancing their mission (To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.) into Kershaw County since March 2017. Formal studies and community conversations continue to guide Y leadership in the future undertaking of programs and services, a capital campaign and major building project.

The Y offers fitness classes for all ages, all levels and all interests. With various fitness classes every week that include high-intensity interval training, barbell classes, Yoga, Pilates, dance fitness, cycling, water exercise and more, you’ll find a group workout that’s fun and challenging!
