Join us for a fun-filled 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run on Saturday, January 4th at Lake Carolina. Bring the whole family, including your furry friends, for a scenic course through Columbia’s premier community. After the race, enjoy a post-event celebration at the Jeep Rogers Family YMCA with a bounce house, arts and crafts, and hot chocolate. STRENGTHENING FAMILIES PROGRAM (SFP)
Free for Families with a child 6-17 years of age.
Parents and children are invited to participate in a series of FREE interactive, fun, family night! Any family with a child ages 6-17 years old can participate in this awesome 11 weekly session program to learn how to improve parenting skills and communication within the family.
Each session your family will receive a catered meal, weekly incentives full of fun and interactive for the whole family.
