Join us for a fun-filled 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run on Saturday, January 4th at Lake Carolina. Bring the whole family, including your furry friends, for a scenic course through Columbia’s premier community. Join Tennis Pro Jon Wheeler at the NorthWest Family YMCA for a month long youth clinic! This 4-session clinic is designed to teach quick start tennis format, forehand, backhand, volley, serve, scoring and other fundamental techniques relevant to the game of tennis. STRENGTHENING FAMILIES PROGRAM (SFP)
Free for Families with a child 6-17 years of age.
Parents and children are invited to participate in a series of FREE interactive, fun, family nights! Any family with a child ages 6-17 years old can participate in this awesome 11 weekly session program to learn how to improve parenting skills and communication within the family.
Each session your family will receive a catered meal, and weekly incentives for interactive family fun throughout the week.
