Personal Training – Check with your favorite Y location and ask them how you can get started with personal training. The Y hires only Certified Personal Trainers, who have the knowledge and skill to help you meet your needs, whether it is losing weight, building muscle, or simply to feel better.
Group Exercise Classes – Working out with group is almost always more fun! Group workouts can provide the motivation you need from the class instructor and even fellow participants. The Y offers a wide variety of classes including dance workouts, yoga, Pilates, step, cycle, core, active older adult workouts, water aerobics and more! We also offer a lineup of Les Mills courses including GRIT, BODYPUMP, CORE, GRIT, BODYATTACK and RPM.
Swim Lessons – Swim is an excellent cardio workout that is easy on your joints. The Y offers swim lessons from 6 months to adult. Whether you’re looking to learn to swim for the first time or wanting to improve your technique, we have swim instructors that can help.
Latest Wellness Equipment – Prefer to go it alone? Whether you prefer running on a treadmill, cycling beside a friend, reading while on an elliptical trainer, lifting free weights or using strength training equipment, you can do it at the Y.
