STRENGTHENING FAMILIES PROGRAM (SFP)
Free for Families with a child 7-17 years of age.

Parents and children are invited to participate in a series of FREE interactive, fun, family night! Any family with a child ages 7-17 years old can participate in this awesome 10 weekly session program to learn how to improve parenting skills and communication within the family.

Each session your family will receive a catered meal, weekly incentives full of fun and interactive for the whole family.

Adult Coed Volleyball – NorthWest Family YMCA

Games will be played at the Northwest Family YMCA on Monday nights between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Games will begin on Monday, Sep. 9. The season will consist of 6 regular season games, and a single elimination tournament at the end of the season (7 games total). Sign up by yourself and we will place you on a team, or sign up with friends or bring your entire team.

2024 Race to Remember 5K and 1-mile Fun Run, Saturday, May 25

The YMCA of Columbia Race to Remember is a 5K Run or Walk and Kids 1-Mile Fun Run that takes place in Historic Downtown Columbia on Saturday, May 25.  This race is great for all levels of ability and ages. Participants are encouraged to carry a flag or wear dog-tags to remember and honor military personnel who gave the ultimate sacrifice to serve the United State of America.
