Holly Jolly Kids Night Out
KID’S NIGHT OUT = FUN FOR YOU & FUN FOR THEM! We’ll take your kids on a bus ride through a winter wonderland filled with lights and adventure at Saluda Shoals Park! They’ll also complete a fun holiday craft, all while you take a little time for yourself!

2023 Prayer Breakfast
Join us on Nov. 16 for our 2023 Prayer Breakfast! All proceeds will benefit our Annual Campaign which provides life-changing programs and services to families in our community that need them most!
This year’s featured speaker is nationally renowned University of South Carolina Track and Field Coach, Curtis Frye. He will share with us how his faith has guided him through his long and storied career.

Mike Dunlap Swim-A-Thon at the NorthWest Family Y
Mike Dunlap will be celebrating his 81st Birthday by swimming laps to raise funds for the NorthWest Y’s 2023 Annual Campaign, June 19-23. Money raised through the Annual Campaign helps to provided swim lesson scholarships to those who would otherwise be unable to afford them.
Please support Mike and the NorthWest Y as he swims to provide financial support to those in our community who need it the most.

- Thursday-Friday: 10 am to 5 pm
- Saturday: 10 am to 3 pm
- Sunday: 1 to 4 pm
Please check-in at the front desk before visiting the water park.

Strength Training for Young Adults
Strength Training for Young Adults (Ages 18-22)
This 6-week program is designed for young adult participants. A certified trainer will guide you through basic strength training techniques twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. Muscle development and strength will be assessed throughout the program. (12 Sessions)

TIME: Mondays and Wednesday from 5 to 6 pm
