STRENGTHENING FAMILIES PROGRAM (SFP)
Free for Families with a child 6-17 years of age.
Parents and children are invited to participate in a series of FREE interactive, fun, family nights! Any family with a child ages 6-17 years old can participate in this awesome 11 weekly session program to learn how to improve parenting skills and communication within the family.
Each session your family will receive a catered meal, and weekly incentives for interactive family fun throughout the week.

- Sparkling Sprays: A symphony of water jets erupts from the ground, creating a refreshing dance floor for little tikes to run through and squeal with delight.
- Tipping Buckets: Watch with glee as giant buckets overhead fill with water, then tip over with a splash, showering unsuspecting adventurers below.
- Gentle Rain Curtains: Stroll through cooling curtains of mist, perfect for a quick escape from the midday sun.

Join us in the YMCA of Columbia for one of the fastest growing sports in the country! Pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong. It is a great low impact, aerobic workout for all ages and ability levels. Available at 3 YMCA of Columbia locations!
