- Personal Training – Check with your favorite Y location and ask them how you can get started with personal training. The Y hires only Certified Personal Trainers, who have the knowledge and skill to help you meet your needs, whether it is losing weight, building muscle, or simply to feel better.
- Group Exercise Classes – Working out with group is almost always more fun! Group workouts can provide the motivation you need from the class instructor and even fellow participants. The Y offers a wide variety of classes including dance workouts, yoga, Pilates, step, cycle, core, active older adult workouts, water aerobics and more! We also offer a lineup of Les Mills courses including GRIT, BODYPUMP, CORE, GRIT, BODYATTACK and RPM.
- Swim Lessons – Swim is an excellent cardio workout that is easy on your joints. The Y offers swim lessons from 6 months to adult. Whether you’re looking to learn to swim for the first time or wanting to improve your technique, we have swim instructors that can help.
- Latest Wellness Equipment – Prefer to go it alone? Whether you prefer running on a treadmill, cycling beside a friend, reading while on an elliptical trainer, lifting free weights or using strength training equipment, you can do it at the Y.
