Join us for a fun-filled 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run on Saturday, January 3rd at Lake Carolina. Bring the whole family, including your furry friends, for a scenic course through Columbia’s premier community. After the race, enjoy a post-event celebration at the Jeep Rogers Family YMCA with a bounce house, arts and crafts, and hot chocolate. Mike Dunlap 2025 Swim-A-Thon at the NorthWest Family Y
Mike Dunlap will be celebrating his 83rd Birthday by swimming laps to raise funds for the NorthWest Y’s 2025 Annual Campaign, June 16-20. Funds raised through the Annual Campaign make it possible for individuals who couldn’t otherwise afford it to receive swim lesson scholarships.
Support Mike’s inspiring birthday swim for the NorthWest YMCA and help bring the gift of water safety to those who need it most!

Join Tennis Pro Jon Wheeler at the NorthWest Family YMCA for a month long youth clinic! This 4 day clinic is designed to teach forehand, backhand, volley, serve, scoring and other fundamental techniques relevant to the game of tennis. Register soon – there is only room for 8 per clinic!
